Job Title: Aesthetic Physician cum Clinic Manager Location: Pudukkottai Experience Required: 2–5 years in an aesthetic/dermatology/cosmetic clinic Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and confident Aesthetic Physician cum Clinic Manager to lead our clinic’s medical and operational functions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in aesthetic procedures and strong managerial capabilities to ensure smooth clinic operations, client satisfaction, and team performance. Key Responsibilities:Aesthetic / Medical Responsibilities Perform non-surgical aesthetic treatments including: Botox & fillers Chemical peels Laser treatments PRP, mesotherapy, micro-needling Skin rejuvenation & anti-aging procedures Conduct detailed consultations and create customized treatment plans. Ensure patient safety, high-quality service standards, and accurate documentation. Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and protocols. Managerial / Operational Responsibilities Oversee daily clinic operations to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction. Supervise and guide clinic staff including therapists, front office, and support teams. Manage appointment schedules, patient flow, and clinic resource allocation. Maintain compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards. Handle inventory, consumables, and vendor coordination. Lead team meetings, training sessions, and performance evaluations. Address client concerns professionally and ensure high service quality. Support business development, monthly targets, and marketing activities. Skills & Qualifications: BDS/BAMS/BHMS with certifications in Aesthetic Medicine. Minimum 2–5 years clinical experience in an aesthetic or dermatology setup. Strong knowledge of aesthetic devices, procedures, and patient care. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and counseling skills. Leadership ability with a focus on teamwork and results. Positive attitude, professionalism, and a client-centric approach. Ability to multitask and handle operational responsibilities smoothly.
