To coordinate, prepare and compile bid submission documents in relation to tendering/bidding activities, tender questionnaires, and pre-qualifications Prepare Technical Financial bids in assistance with seniors & Prepare documents for e-Tendering on portals Receive and deal with enquiries from Clients concerning Tenders Also Regular Follow-up with prospective buyers for a Purchase Order Drafting and Negotiation of agreements/commercial contracts needed for business operations Able to manage proactive communication with Client and interface with other disciplines Good command over the English language & Communication Practical knowledge of excel & its various function Qualification Any Graduate We are looking for a candidate with suitable experience in preparation of tender documents & tender submission process.
