Roles & responsibilities Proactively identify, research, and engage target accounts and contacts within the region. Generate qualified leads through outbound prospecting activities, including emailing, and social selling. Respond promptly to inbound requests from prospects via website forms, email, phone and qualify them for further sales engagement. Engage prospects to understand their needs and schedule meetings or product demonstrations for the sales team. Monitor tender platforms and public procurement sites for relevant tenders in the assigned region; notify the sales team and assist with the preparation and submission of tender documents. Maintain up-to-date and accurate information in the CRM database to ensure clear pipeline visibility and smooth handoffs. Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to align on messaging and campaigns that drive both outbound and inbound lead flow. Provide regular reports and feedback to the sales and marketing team on lead quality, conversion rate, pipeline status, tender opportunities, and market insights. Preferred candidate profile High school diploma required; bachelors degree in business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus. 1- 3 years of relevant experience in inside sales/lead generation; previous experience in B2B sales or customer service is preferred. Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities Ability to learn and understand scientific or software-specific terminology Familiarity with European business culture and sales practice is a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), with knowledge of CRM software (Dynamics) is a plus. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Personal Traits: Hands-on, proactive, and customer-focused attitude. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
