Position: Tender Executive
Experience: 2+ yrs of experience
Report to: Director

Key Responsibility:

•  Prepared and submitted bids, including technical and financial documents, to secure new business opportunities.
•  Managed the bidding process, coordinating with partners and following up with clients to ensure timely and successful submissions.
•  Compiled and prepared bid submission documents, including tender questionnaires and prequalifications.
•  Coordinated authorization processes with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs).
•  Created and maintained product catalogs, quotations, and bid documents.
•  GEM portal (Bid submission, price estimation, products upload, technical specification etc.)
•  Operate GEM Portal.
•  Knowledge about RDSO, RITES, TPI(Third Party Inspection).
•  E-Bidding or e-tendering/ tender submission on portals.
•  Lead Generation and business development with Clients.
•  Tender document preparation with a respective manner.
•  Customer Dealing  Price Estimation
•  Customer Calling for Tender generate.
•  GEM portal(Bid submission, price estimation, products upload, technical specification etc.)
•  Developing relationships with clients and other
•  stakeholders in the industry to foster new business
•  Opportunitieswithin the company.
•  Vendor Assessment paymentfollow up.
