Role Overview: As a Consumer Facing Temporary Worker engaged through a staffing agency for a specific project or period not exceeding six months, your role involves working on-site under a manager's supervision. You will be considered an employee of the staffing agency and paid by them. It is mandatory for all temporary workers to undergo a pre-employment screening conducted by the staffing agency and sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement regarding their services at the Company. All work equipment and supplies will be provided by Encore, and all directions and oversight must be received from the staffing agency, who is your employer. Any changes to your shift circumstances or schedule will also be communicated by the staffing agency. Key Responsibilities: - Engage in direct or indirect contact with consumers of Encore subsidiaries - Perform temporary roles such as Account Managers, Attorneys, and Marketing and Compliance roles - Direct Contact: Involve direct communication with consumers through telephone and written channels - Indirect Contact: Handle responsibilities that may impact the consumer experience Qualifications Required: - Must be engaged through a staffing agency for a specific project or period not exceeding six months - Should pass a pre-employment screening and sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement with the staffing agency - Able to work on-site under a manager's supervision - Must be comfortable with direct or indirect contact with consumers of Encore subsidiaries - Previous experience in temporary roles involving consumer-facing responsibilities is preferred,
