Description
Role Overview: In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that operations comply with the company's safety, health, and environmental management regulations. You will also be in charge of the daily work in the assembly shop and coil shop as per direction/schedule. Your responsibilities will include performing product assembly, basic equipment operation, setting up and operating various machines like Winding machine, Spot welding machine, Molding machine, and Automatic testing equipment. Additionally, you may need to rotate responsibilities within the position and actively participate in continuous improvement events such as Kaizen. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations - Perform product assembly and basic equipment operation - Set up and operate various machines like Winding machine, Spot welding machine, Molding machine, and Automatic testing equipment - Rotate responsibilities within the position - Participate in continuous improvement events such as Kaizen - Adherence to all quality standards Qualifications Required: - Ability to work with minimum supervision - 0-2 years of experience in operating Assembly & Testing equipment - Willingness to work on a shift basis - Must be able to lift up to 3 Kilogram weight - Must be able to distinguish colors - B.E/B.
