Job Roles and Responsibilities

Job Duration - 1-2 Months (Can be extended)

• Responsibilities will include identifying, extracting, and validating key contractual data points.
• Reviewing and capturing data on key terms and/or clauses, including Effective Date, Right to Create, Author Approval Rights, Royalty Rates, Treat as Permissions, and all AI-related provisions.
• Ensuring accuracy and consistency across all reviewed contracts.
• Collaborating closely with the Special Projects Team to ensure timely delivery and collective success on deliverables.
• Demonstrating adaptability and a willingness to learn new tools, processes, and workflows as the project evolves.
• Leveraging technology tools and platforms used in contract review and data extraction.
• Escalating ambiguities or deviations identified during review for clarification and resolution.
• Participating in team discussions and contributing to process improvements where applicable.
