As a highly skilled Technical Consultant with 6-12 years of experience, you will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement solutions using the Temenos core banking platform. Your expertise in Temenos Data Hub will be crucial in enabling effective data integration, reporting, and analytics solutions. Additionally, you will support the migration of data and functionalities from legacy core banking systems to Temenos. Your role will involve conducting technical analysis, troubleshooting issues, and providing solutions to ensure smooth project execution. Furthermore, you will be expected to provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members as required. To excel in this position, you must have proven experience working with the Temenos core banking system, as well as experience with Temenos AA + Iris Framework. Your familiarity with customizing and deploying Temenos for banks, along with a strong understanding of the Temenos Transact database structure, will be essential. Hands-on experience with Temenos Data Hub (TDH) for data management and integration is required. You should possess excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. A strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and quality is crucial for success in this role. Effective communication and collaboration skills are necessary to liaise with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience in migrating from other core banking systems to Temenos, as well as familiarity with banking and financial services industry processes and compliance standards, will be advantageous. The base locations for this position are Chennai or Bangalore, with a short-term onsite requirement in Kuwait.
