We are Hiring female HR Executive fresher candidates with strong communication skills in English and Telugu

Role: HR Executive(Event Co-ordinator or Consulting)

Responsibility:-

-Coordinated and hired candidates for free training programs and shortlisted eligible profiles for interviews.

-Maintained and updated records of event participants and interviewed candidates.

-Communicated event details (date, time, location) to all registered candidates.

-Collected referrals from past participants to grow the candidate database.

-Researched and contacted companies across India and abroad for partnerships.

-Maintained ongoing communication with company HRs to build strong relationships.

-Supported internal hiring, coordinated with consultancies, and scheduled interviews per requirements

Salary Details

Compensation:

For these first 3 months, they will be getting 15,000 INR as a salary

After the successful completion of 3 months 18,000- 22,000 INR( salary(yearly once Hike) +

6,000 INR (Incentive) + 25,000 (Annual Bonus)

Total CTC 2,64,000 INR
