We are hiring enthusiastic and motivated Sales Executives / Sales Managers to join a dynamic team in Pune. This role is open to both freshers and experienced professionals who are passionate about sales, with a strong interest in the FMCG sector . If you have the drive to generate leads, engage customers, and achieve targets, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities: Identify and generate leads through various channels to expand the customer base. Make cold calls to potential clients and convert leads into sales. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients for repeat business. Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team objectives. Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities. Prepare and present regular sales performance reports. Desired Candidate Profile: Education: MBA (Marketing) / BBA (Marketing) Experience: 0 - 5 years in sales (preferably in the FMCG sector). Freshers with a strong interest in sales and excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply. Skills: Strong ability to generate leads and make cold calls.
