Outbound Calls: Make calls to potential customers to promote products or services, explain features and benefits, and generate interest. Inbound Calls: Handle incoming calls, address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints. Lead Generation: Identify potential leads and follow up with them to convert interest into sales. Sales and Customer Service: Persuade customers to make purchases, schedule appointments, and provide excellent customer service. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the database. Follow-up: Follow up with leads and existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets.
