1. Real Estate Sales Calls: Make outbound calls to potential clients, introducing them to our real estate projects, answering queries, and providing relevant property information. 2. Lead Generation and Follow-Up: Qualify leads based on customer interest, schedule property viewings, and ensure regular follow-ups to keep the leads engaged. 3. Customer Service: Address customer inquiries about properties, pricing, payment plans, and documentation. Provide detailed explanations and resolve concerns promptly. 4. Appointment Scheduling: Schedule site visits, meetings, and virtual tours for prospective clients and ensure that they are well-prepared with all the necessary information before meetings. 5. Sales & Conversion: Work towards meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets, and use persuasive communication to convert leads into successful sales. 6. Market Research: Stay informed about the latest real estate trends, competitive properties, and market pricing to provide accurate advice and recommendations to clients. 7. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and client interactions. Update CRM systems with detailed customer information and follow-up actions. 8. Multilingual Communication: Effectively communicate in English, Hindi, and Marathi to cater to a diverse client base. Provide seamless customer experiences in all three languages. 9. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to share insights, promote company offerings, and improve overall customer satisfaction. 10. Building Client Relationships: Build rapport with clients to foster long-term relationships and encourage repeat business or referrals.
