Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller (Fresher) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, handling inquiries, and providing product/service information to generate leads or sales. This is a great opportunity for freshers to start their career in the customer service and sales domain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database.
• Explain the company's products or services in a clear and convincing manner.
• Answer customer queries and address their needs effectively.
• Maintain records of calls, feedback, and useful information.
• Follow up on leads and convert them into successful sales or appointments.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing team to improve campaign effectiveness.
