Job Title: Telecaller – (Electronics Brand) Job Type: Full-time Location: Chandni Chowk, Kolkata Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month Job Description: We’re looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to join our sales team for a reputed electronics brand in the heart of Kolkata’s bustling Chandni Chowk area. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a pleasant speaking voice, and the ability to engage clients over the phone. No sales targets — just genuine conversations and product pitches! Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers for product promotion and sales Explain product details, offers, and company services clearly to clients Maintain records of calls and customer information Follow up on interested leads and inquiries Build positive relationships with clients over calls Requirements: Good communication skills in English, Hindi & Bengali Confident and polite telephone manner Basic knowledge of electronics products is a plus Good with client conversations and relationship-building Prior telecalling or customer service experience preferred Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
