Job Description

Make outbound calls to potential customers within the pharmaceutical manufacturing sector. Introduce BRILLIANT Process Machinery's products and services to prospective clients and generate leads. Address customer inquiries, provide product details, and schedule appointments for follow-up meetings. Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and lead status in CRM software. Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for call volume, lead generation, and sales conversion. Collaborate with the sales team to convert qualified leads into customers. Stay informed about the company's products, services, and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers. Follow up with leads and clients to nurture relationships and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
