Job Title: Female Telecalling Executives – Jaipur, Rajasthan

Are you a confident and energetic communicator? Join our growing team in Jaipur as a Telecalling Executive and play a key role in connecting with potential customers, generating leads, and supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Outbound Calling: Initiate calls to potential clients to promote our products/services, explain offerings, and respond to inquiries.
Lead Generation: Identify prospects, qualify leads, and schedule appointments for the sales team.
Follow-ups: Maintain consistent follow-up with existing and potential customers to nurture interest and ensure engagement.

Requirements:

Communication Skills: Fluency in Hindi and English with excellent verbal communication and a clear speaking voice.
Customer-Centric: A positive attitude with a focus on understanding customer needs and offering effective solutions.
Persuasion Skills: Ability to handle objections and confidently influence customer decisions.
Resilience: Capable of maintaining motivation and professionalism in the face of rejection or pressure.
Experience: Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, or telesales is preferred but not mandatory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
