We are looking for a confident and professional Telecaller to handle client communication, lead follow-ups, and coordinate with the interior design team. The candidate will be the first point of contact for potential clients and must represent the company with politeness and professionalism.

Key responsibilities include calling potential leads, explaining our interior design and construction services, maintaining client records, and scheduling meetings or site visits. The telecaller must follow up with interested clients regularly and share updates with the management team. Coordination between clients, designers, and site engineers will also be part of the daily work.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills in Hindi and basic English, a pleasant voice, and confidence in handling client calls. Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, or sales will be an added advantage. Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, Google Sheets) is required.

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Probation: 3 months (performance-based confirmation)
Salary: Based on experience and performance.

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
