Roles & Responsibilities Lead high-volume outbound calls to qualified US prospects, generating and managing a strong sales pipeline. Skillfully pitch, negotiate, and close deals to meet and exceed ambitious sales targets. Handle objections confidently and effectively communicate product/service benefits to diverse clients. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions in CRM systems. Drive results with a strategic sales approach and a customer-first mindset. Candidate Profile Minimum 5 years of hardcore international sales experience, preferably in outbound calling for USA or global markets. Strong negotiation, communication, and closing skills with a target-driven mindset. Experience across technology and non-technology sectors is welcome. Self-motivated, resilient, with the ability to work independently and lead sales initiatives. Comfortable working US night shift hours and managing complex sales cycles. Shift & Work Days USA Shift: 8:00 PM to 5:30 AM (Mon-Fri), alternate Saturdays off. Should be flexible with shift.
