As a Telemarketing Executive or Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibility will be to engage with customers over phone calls, both inbound and outbound, in order to promote products or services, address inquiries, and resolve any issues they may encounter. Your role will be crucial in driving sales, providing exceptional customer service, and generating leads. Your key responsibilities will include making outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services, generate leads, and schedule appointments. Additionally, you will be answering incoming calls from customers, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and complaints effectively. You will also play a vital role in persuading customers to make purchases or schedule appointments, following up on leads, and meeting sales targets. Providing excellent customer service, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring customer satisfaction will be an essential part of your daily tasks. Keeping accurate records of customer interactions in a database or CRM system will also be a key responsibility. To excel in this role, you must possess strong verbal and written communication skills, including active listening and clear articulation. Your ability to persuade customers and close sales deals will be critical. Moreover, you should be adept at handling diverse customer personalities, resolving conflicts, and providing excellent service. Building rapport with customers and establishing positive relationships with clients will require strong interpersonal skills. Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM software is essential for this position. Additional requirements for this role include having a fluent USA accent and being well-versed in English. Working from home on a full-time and permanent basis is part of the job type, with night shifts being the norm. You must have your own PC and headset, with a minimum i5 processor. Knowledge of Hindi and English is preferred.
