As a Telemarketing Executive or Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibility will be to engage with customers over phone calls, both inbound and outbound, in order to promote products or services, address inquiries, and resolve any issues they may encounter. Your role will be crucial in driving sales, providing exceptional customer service, and generating leads. Your key responsibilities will include making outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services, generate leads, and schedule appointments. Additionally, you will be answering incoming calls from customers, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and complaints effectively. You will also play a vital role in persuading customers to make purchases or schedule appointments, following up on leads, and meeting sales targets. Providing excellent customer service, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring customer satisfaction will be an essential part of your daily tasks. Keeping accurate records of customer interactions in a database or CRM system will also be a key responsibility. To excel in this role, you must possess strong verbal and written communication skills, including active listening and clear articulation.
