Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Telecaller Executive / Officer / Sales /Calling experience / Lead Generation to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, generating leads through social media platforms, and effectively pitching software products to potential customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote and pitch software products.
• Generate and qualify leads from various social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
• Engage with customers over the phone to understand their needs and provide relevant product information.
• Maintain a database of customer information and follow up on leads.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to aligead generation strategies.
