Job Description:
Spectrum Solar Power is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Telemarketing Executive to join our team in Kathrikadavu, Ernakulam. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to engage customers over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and promote solar energy solutions
• Explain product details, pricing, and benefits clearly and convincingly
• Generate leads and maintain a customer database
• Follow up with interested customers and schedule appointments for the sales team
• Achieve daily/weekly targets for calls and conversions

Requirements:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Prior experience in telemarketing or customer service will be an added advantage
• Female candidates preferred
