You should be a candidate with relevant experience in IT product Sales and should be located in Chennai to apply for the role of Inside Sales Head. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in IT product sales. Your primary responsibilities will include selling and upselling products, building strong client relationships, and exceeding targets through the development of a telesales strategy. As the Inside Sales Head, you will need to prioritize tasks, act as a subject matter expert for both business and client requirements, and establish good working relationships with the Sales, Customer Support, and Marketing teams. Monitoring the performance of the Inside Sales Team, setting and managing Key Result Areas (KRAs) and metrics, and developing strategies to reduce churn and generate high-quality leads will be key aspects of your role. You should have a solid understanding of outbound telesales, basic marketing principles, and the sales and customer life cycle. Prior experience in handling retail customers would be advantageous. Additionally, you must have at least 5 years of experience, including team management experience. Fluency in both Hindi and English is essential, and being goal-oriented and a team player is a must. A Bachelor's Degree is also required for this position.
