About Us:
We are a growing and customer-centric organization in the health insurance sector, committed to helping individuals secure their health and financial well-being. We are looking for enthusiastic and experienced Telesales Executives who can drive sales through outbound calls and effectively promote health insurance plans to potential customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to explain and sell health insurance plans
• Understand customer needs and suggest suitable insurance policies
• Maintain follow-ups with leads and convert them into policyholders
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
• Provide accurate product information and ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Proven experience in telesales or telecalling, preferably in the insurance or financial services sector
• Strong communication and convincing skills in Hindi, English, or regional languages
• Knowledge of health insurance products and IRDAI guidelines is an added advantage
• Self-motivated and target-driven attitude
• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass (Graduation preferred)
