Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential and existing UK customers to introduce our products/services. Understand customer needs and tailor your pitch accordingly. Handle objections with confidence and professionalism. Build rapport and develop strong relationships over the phone. Negotiate pricing and terms to reach a win-win outcome. Follow up with interested leads to move them through the sales funnel. Collaborate with your team to meet and exceed collective sales goals. Ensure all interactions comply with company policies and UK regulations. Keep detailed and accurate records of calls and prospects in the CRM. ⏰ Shift Timings: UK Shift (1:00pm-9:30pm for summer) (2:00pm-10:30pm for Winter) πŸ’Ό Department: Sales || πŸ—£οΈ Language Requirement: Fluent English Requirements: Strong phone presence and the ability to build instant connections.
