Telesales Executive -Nehru Place

• Contact potential customers via outbound calls to promote products or services.
• Generate new leads through cold calling, follow-up calls, and other telesales techniques.
• Qualify leads and identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services.
• Build rapport with prospects and customers to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
• Maintain a database of customer information and track interaction history in the CRM system.
• Follow up with leads and previous customers to ensure satisfaction and generate repeat business.
• Deliver compelling sales presentations over the phone, focusing on the benefits and features of the products or services.
• Answer customer questions, resolve objections, and provide product recommendations based on customer needs.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas and performance goals.
• Record daily, weekly, and monthly sales activity, ensuring targets are consistently achieved.
• Report sales performance to management and discuss strategies for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date on product or service offerings, pricing, and promotions.
• Educate prospects about the products or services, highlighting key selling points and addressing any concerns.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and following up to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer issues or concerns promptly and professionally, escalating issues when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and sales activities.
• Process orders, update customer information, and generate reports as needed.
• Follow all company policies and procedures related to sales processes and customer interactions.
• Collaborate with other sales team members to share best practices and strategies for increasing sales.
• Work closely with other departments, such as marketing and customer service, to ensure a seamless experience for customers.
