Job Description

Role: Telesales Executive

MAX AGE: upto30

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential clients (hospitals, clinics, healthcare groups, developers, etc.) to generate leads and create business opportunities.
Understand client requirements and provide information about Hospertz’s services (hospital planning, design, turnkey execution, consultancy, etc.).
Schedule and coordinate meetings for the sales team.
Maintain and update call records, leads and follow-ups in MS Office/CRM.
Achieve daily, weekly and monthly calling targets and lead generation goals.
Build a strong pipeline of prospective clients and contribute to overall business growth.
Prepare regular call reports, lead status and market feedback.
Coordinate with the Sales & Marketing team for smooth follow-ups and conversions.

Preferred Experience & Skills:

Minimum 3 years of experience in Telesales, Inside Sales or Lead Generation (preferably in healthcare, hospital infrastructure, real estate, or B2B services).
Strong communication and convincing skills in English, Hindi and, preferably, Marathi.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
Self-motivated, target-oriented and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Prior experience in the healthcare or hospital industry is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
