Role Purpose
Source participants and build data, Call leads, pitch the HBS competitions and convert them into paid registrations, while helping build a year-round participant community.
Key Responsibilities
- Call leads from salons, academies, brands and freelancers daily; pitch categories, handle objections and close registrations.
- Follow up by call and WhatsApp through payment and confirmation.
- Log all leads in the CRM or Google Sheets and share weekly conversion reports.
- Build and manage WhatsApp communities of participants and Winners with updates, spotlights and results.
- Support registration desks and participant coordination on show days.
KPIs
Registrations and revenue from calls, call-to-registration conversion, daily call and follow-up completion, community engagement.
Requirements
- 1–3 years in telecalling, inside sales or event sales (strong freshers considered)
- Excellent English and Hindi; Marathi or Gujarati is a plus
- Target-driven, with working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets, a CRM and WhatsApp Business
- Beauty or events exposure is an advantage
- Willing to work extended hours around show dates
