About Your Role

• Contact leads generated by the sales team, introduce our properties and offerings, understand their requirements, and help convert enquiries into bookings.
• Follow up with prospective guests, share relevant property information, and coordinate with the reservations team to check availability, rates, and booking details.
• Make feedback calls to guests after their stay at Barış Hotels & Resorts properties and after their experience at Nyxia, recording their feedback and sharing concerns with the relevant team.
• Support corporate outreach by calling companies and prospective corporate clients to introduce Barış Hotels & Resorts and Nyxia, understand their requirements, and identify potential business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, lead status, follow-ups, guest feedback, and corporate enquiries.
• Keep the sales and reservations teams informed about interested prospects, guest requirements, feedback, and any follow-up needed.

Our Expectations

• Professional Communication: Communicate clearly, courteously, and confidently with prospective guests, corporate contacts, and existing customers.
• Lead Follow-Up & Conversion: Follow up consistently on sales leads and help move interested prospects toward confirmed bookings.
• Reservations Coordination: Share accurate guest requirements and coordinate timely responses with the reservations team.
• Guest Feedback & Service Recovery: Conduct feedback calls thoughtfully, document concerns accurately, and promptly escalate issues to the relevant property or Nyxia team.
• Corporate Outreach: Approach corporate prospects professionally, explain our offerings, and maintain follow-ups on potential opportunities.
• Accurate Reporting: Keep call records and lead statuses updated, and share relevant summaries with the reporting manager.
• Ownership & Teamwork: Take responsibility for assigned calls and follow-ups, and work collaboratively with sales, reservations, and property teams.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
