Job Description

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecallers to join our team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for connecting with potential and existing clients to promote our products/services, answer queries, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Your role is pivotal in driving our outreach and maintaining strong customer relationships. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective clients and explain products/services. Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries efficiently. Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or referrals. Maintain a database of customer information and update call records. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets. Provide accurate information about the company’s offerings. Build positive relationships with customers and partners. Handle customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary. Requirements: Minimum graduate. Strong communication skills in [English/Hindi/Regional Language]. Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools. Ability to handle rejection and remain calm under pressure. Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, or sales is a plus. Good listening and negotiation skills. Energetic, self-motivated, and result-oriented.
