Telesales Associate

Role Overview

We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Telesales Associate to join our fast-growing B2B AI marketing team. In this role, you will be the frontline of our sales engine, connecting with business leaders, CMOs, and decision-makers to introduce our cutting-edge AI-powered marketing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Outbound Prospecting: Conduct high-volume cold calls, warm calls, and follow-ups to qualified B2B leads.

• Value Pitching: Clearly articulate how our AI marketing tools drive lead generation, campaign optimization, and ROI.

• Lead Qualification: Assess prospective clients' needs, budget, and decision-making timeline to identify strong sales opportunities.

• Pipeline Management: Schedule product demos and meetings for Senior Account Executives and meticulously log all interactions in the CRM.

• Market Feedback: Gather customer insights and objections to help refine our messaging and outreach strategies.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in B2B telesales, inside sales, or business development (tech or SaaS background preferred).

• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage C-level executives.

• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and eager to learn/work with AI-driven tools.

• Drive: Self-motivated, resilient, and goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
