Responsibilities: Initiate outbound calls to prospects with the aim of introducing skincare products. Engage in effective and persuasive communication to highlight the value proposition. Work towards achieving and exceeding sales targets through effective telephonic selling. Employ consultative selling techniques to understand customer needs and recommend suitable products. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers through regular follow-ups and personalized communication. Address customer inquiries and concerns, providing timely and accurate information. Develop a deep understanding of product offerings and be able to effectively communicate their features and benefits to customers. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions with customers in the company&aposs CRM system. Provide regular reports on sales performance, activities, and challenges. Good to have: Proven experience in sales conversion, preferably in the beauty and lifestyle sector. Excellent communication skills with a clear and persuasive approach. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers. Results-driven and able to meet and exceed sales targets.
