Key Responsibilities: 1. Program Coordination & Management Lead the end-to-end coordination of AVMMS and AVCMS initiatives across all operational states. Ensure smooth functioning and service delivery of 34 MMUs, including staffing, logistics, supply chain, and technology integration (e.g., EHRs, telemedicine platforms). Coordinate telemedicine services in rural and underserved areas, working with local NGOs, Aster hospital teams, and community stakeholders. 2. Strategic Planning & Expansion Develop annual and long-term strategic plans aligned with Aster DM Healthcares community outreach objectives. Identify new regions and communities for service expansion and build partnerships with local health departments and NGOs. Support proposal writing and program design for new projects under CSR or government collaborations. 3. Monitoring, Evaluation & Reporting Establish and implement monitoring and evaluation systems to assess service quality, coverage, and impact. Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on program performance, patient data, outcomes, and operational highlights. Use data-driven insights to drive program improvements and stakeholder engagement. 4.
