Staying updated with industry standards and best practices in telemarketing is crucial for this position. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a relevant field, along with 1-3 years of experience in quality assurance or related roles. A strong understanding of tele marketing operations is required, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, as well as experience with call monitoring and assessment software, is essential. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is necessary. Any experience in customer service or telecalling would be considered a plus.
