Job Description

Outbound & Inbound Calling: Reach out to cold or warm lead lists, conduct follow-ups, and answer incoming customer inquiries. • Lead Generation & Qualification: Identify customer needs, screen prospects, and pass qualified leads to the sales team. • Appointment Scheduling: Book product demos, consultations, or direct sales meetings. • CRM & Data Management: Log call outcomes, update customer profiles, and maintain accurate database records using tools like MS Excel or CRM software. • Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly quotas for call volume, lead generation, or conversions. • Customer Feedback: Conduct brief surveys, handle minor complaints, and relay market feedback to management.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
