Job Description:

We are looking for dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join our growing team.

1. Telecaller (10 Vacancies)

• Call customers to explain loan & finance services
• Follow up with leads and schedule appointments
• Maintain basic records and update call status

2. Back Office Executive (1 Vacancy)

• Handle data entry, documentation, and client records
• Coordinate with the sales team
• Manage routine office tasks

3. Team Leader (2 Vacancies)

• Manage and guide telecaller team
• Track daily performance and report to management
• Ensure targets are achieved

Requirements:

• Good communication skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Fresher or experienced – both can apply
