Job Description

The Program Office Manager (Program Manager) is responsible for the overall governance of the program, collaborating closely with the General Program Manager (BGDM) to ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly. You will independently support executive reporting of project updates, highlighting key points and strategic plans to maintain the program within schedule, budget, and quality parameters. Your role will involve summarizing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and collecting and analyzing critical data to aid in implementing preventive and corrective actions for the program's success. Your primary responsibilities will include ensuring external customer satisfaction, achieving financial results, managing health and safety control activities, and optimizing operational services delivery performance. You will play a crucial role in maintaining program governance according to best practices and standards, fostering collaboration with the BGDM, and providing regular updates and strategic summaries to stakeholders. Additionally, you will be involved in data collection and analysis to support decision-making processes and monitoring customer expectations while focusing on financial performance. Key Skills And Experience You have: - A Bachelor of Telecom Engineering degree from a reputable institution. - 3-5 years of experience managing overall programs and projects in the telecom equipment domain. - Strong stakeholder communication skills and the ability to manage internal relationships effectively. - Proficiency in financial reporting to generate reports and present data for stakeholders" understanding. - Capability to present complex data clearly and succinctly to senior leadership and other key stakeholders. - Presentation skills to communicate program performance updates effectively to various audiences. It would be beneficial if you also had: - PMP Certification. - Familiarity with Nokia's PM Practitioner methodology and the Oceanic/APAC Market MoO. - Adherence to Nokia Information Security policies and guidelines, including ISMS (ISO 27001 program).
