Telecom Consultant

You have 5-8 years of experience in the Telecom domain and possess technical expertise and hands-on knowledge of the billing system BSCS iX R3/R4/R17/R18/EB22/EB23. You are capable of proactively identifying, analyzing, troubleshooting, and resolving production system issues reported from IT operations/development teams. Additionally, you can provide work around solutions and collaborate with vendor teams for permanent fixes. You have experience with shipment/ICP package deployment and support on production systems. You excel in RCA analysis and incident reporting for critical issues. Your strong skills in Unix, SQL, and PL/SQL enable you to effectively perform your role. Moreover, your expertise in ITIL/ITSM processes further enhances your capabilities. Your good interpersonal and communication skills contribute to effective collaboration within the team.,
