Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field (or equivalent operational experience; sometimes open to undergraduates with strong track records). • Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software, dialer systems, reporting dashboards, and MS Excel. • Soft Skills: Strong leadership, active communication, conflict resolution, problem-solving, and time-management abilities. • Language Proficiency: Clear verbal communication in English and relevant regional languages depending on the target market.
