Telecalling (Male)

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Telecalling Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling inbound inquiries, and converting leads into customers by promoting our products/services. A good understanding of customer service and the ability to communicate effectively is essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers/leads.
• Explain products or services and generate interest.
• Handle inbound inquiries and provide relevant information.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer details.
• Follow up with leads to ensure conversion.
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and conversions.
• Maintain a professional and polite manner on calls.

Requirements:

• Good communication skills
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Prior telecalling or sales experience preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
• Positive attitude and good interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
