Telecalling jobs at Travels

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Telecalling Executive to join our Domestic Hotel & Tour Package division. The role involves handling inbound \ calls, assisting customers with hotel and tour package inquiries, providing information, generating bookings, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 10;
• Prior experience in telecalling / customer service in the travel or hospitality industry preferred.
• Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and local languages (if applicable).
• Basic knowledge of domestic tourist destinations and hotel categories.
• Ability to convince and build rapport with customers.
• Good computer skills (MS Office).

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹15,000.26 per month
