Job Description

Make outbound calls to leads provided by the company. Explain visa and immigration services for countries like Canada, Australia, the UK, etc. Follow up with potential clients via phone, email, or WhatsApp. Assess clients’ eligibility based on basic criteria and transfer leads to counselors. Maintain client database and update call records regularly. Meet weekly/monthly targets for calls and appointments. Answer queries related to immigration policies and visa documentation (basic level).
