Job Title: Telecaller (Female Candidates Only)Job Description:

We are hiring enthusiastic and result-driven female Telecallers to join our team. The role involves making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining our products/services, handling inquiries, and converting leads into customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to customers to promote products or services.
• Handle inbound calls, resolve queries, and provide information professionally.
• Follow up on leads and maintain a pipeline of potential clients.
• Achieve daily and monthly calling and conversion targets.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and feedback.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Candidate Requirements:

• Only female candidates should apply.
• Minimum qualification: Graduate.
• Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or telesales preferred (Freshers can also apply).
• Excellent verbal communication .
• Confident, polite, and persuasive speaking skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a team environment.
