Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telesales Executive with strong communication skills and basic English proficiency. The ideal candidate should be comfortable using computers for basic data entry and customer tracking, and must have their own vehicle . Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services. Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide accurate information. Follow up on leads and maintain customer relationships. Maintain records of customer interactions, feedback, and sales in the system. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets. Report daily activity and performance to the sales manager. Requirements: Good verbal communication skills in [Insert Local Language] and basic English. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, data entry). Must have a two-wheeler or personal vehicle . Previous telesales or customer service experience is a plus. Ability to work independently and in a team. Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
