We are looking for a Telecalling Executive who can confidently communicate in Malayalam. This role is ideal for someone who is starting their career and wants to grow in a calm, supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend to incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in Malayalam.
• Follow up with potential leads and provide correct information about our products and services.
• Guide and support customers patiently without pressure or targets.
• Maintain call logs and update lead details accurately.
