Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecalling Executive (Female) to join our team in Coimbatore. This role is ideal for freshers who want to start their career in customer support and communication.

You’ll be responsible for handling customer calls, explaining services, maintaining records, and ensuring a great customer experience.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound and receive inbound customer calls.
• Clearly explain company products, services, and offers.
• Maintain accurate customer records and manage follow-ups.
• Handle inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
• Support daily telecalling and customer service activities.

Requirements:

• Education: Any basic degree.
• Experience: Freshers most welcome.
• Skills:
• Good communication in Tamil & English.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Pleasant and confident voice.
• Good listening and interpersonal skills.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Coimbatore.
