Job Description

Job Summary:We are seeking a motivated and persuasive Telecaller to join our team. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential or existing customers to inform them about products/services, generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and maintain customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to prospective customers. Explain products or services and answer customer questions. Generate leads and set up appointments or sales closures. Maintain a database of customer contact information and call logs. Follow up on leads and maintain client relationships. Handle customer queries and resolve complaints in a professional manner. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets. Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plus. Proven experience as a telecaller or in a similar customer service/sales role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in relevant computer applications (CRM, MS Office). Fluent in [languages required: e.g., English, Hindi, etc.]. Ability to work under pressure and meet targets. Positive attitude and good problem-solving skills.
