Key Responsibilities: • Make and receive calls to/from customers. • Provide product/service information to potential and existing clients. • Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions. • Follow communication scripts and guidelines. • Work closely with the sales/support teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Required Skills: • Basic proficiency in Hindi and English (spoken). • Good communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to handle calls efficiently and professionally. • Willingness to learn; training will be provided.
