As a Telecaller at Trade Minds, you will be an essential part of our team, working from the comfort of your home to reach out to potential customers and promote our products and services. Responsibilities: - Make outbound calls to potential customers to provide information about our products and services. - Handle customer inquiries, address concerns, and deliver exceptional customer service. - Maintain accurate and updated records of customer interactions. - Achieve daily and monthly call targets set by the company. - Collaborate with team members to achieve collective sales goals. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree preferred. - Excellent communication skills. - Previous experience in a similar role is preferred. - Self-motivated and target-driven. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
