Role: Telesales Executive

Retail Sales - Telesales

Qualification: Graduate

Experience: 1-3 Years

Salary:15-20k

Shift Timings: 9:30 Am to 6:30 Pm/ 2:00 Pm To 10pm

Job Description:

Outbound and Inbound Calling:Making calls to potential customers to promote products or services, and handling incoming calls from interested parties.
Sales Generation:Identifying customer needs, presenting relevant products or services, and closing sales deals.
Customer Relationship Management:Building rapport with customers, addressing their inquiries, and ensuring their satisfaction to encourage repeat business.
Order Processing and Documentation:Accurately recording customer information, purchase details, and payment transactions.
Meeting Sales Targets:Consistently achieving individual and team sales goals, often measured by call volume and sales revenue.
Product Knowledge:Developing a strong understanding of the company's products and services to effectively address customer needs.
Lead Generation:Identifying and qualifying potential leads for the outside sales team to pursue.
Upselling and Cross-selling:Identifying opportunities to offer additional or upgraded products to existing customers.
Feedback and Reporting:Providing feedback to management on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities, as well as preparing sales reports.
Maintaining Records:Keeping detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and relevant information.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
