Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and energetic Telecaller (Female – Fresher) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling inbound enquiries, and providing information about our products and services to potential customers in multiple languages.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers based on the provided database
• Handle inbound calls and respond to customer queries professionally
• Explain company products/services clearly and effectively
• Follow up with interested customers and close leads
• Maintain and update customer records in the system
• Achieve daily / weekly / monthly calling targets
• Coordinate with the sales and operations team for lead conversion
• Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions

Required Skills

• Good communication skills in English and at least one regional language
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel)
• Good listening and convincing skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work with targets
• Basic knowledge of calling or customer handling (preferred but not mandatory)

Qualification

• Minimum: 12th pass / Any Graduate
• Freshers are encouraged to apply
